Is there a list or spreadsheet anywhere that organizes housing prices around the Bay Area by zip code?

I would second @Robert Ellis on Search to Close...very organized with good systems.

The always organized their businesses in this way. 

Although it's not required to register/rsvp, it's always a good idea, so we can build our community online and let the event organizers know how many people to expect so they can optimize the meeting and plan accordingly.

Alright, it is not easy to figure out exact numbers / information about the special assessments because there are many different organizations involved.

@Michael Liebrum I will keep the thread updated if and when I find one...if not, maybe I'll try to organize one. 

I always try to do at least 1 thing each day that helps me get towards a more organized system, another property, or to decrease expenses on my portfolio.
