After all, it's not on the MLS, the official agent is in another country, and the selling agent was basically encouraging me to cut my agent out of the deal.We went back to home base, and I got on the Jefferson county website and did a little searching.

other than 08 to 2010 ish  buying has always been very competitive in our market. nothing new.. on that score.. or at least from the middle 90S when Oregon transformed officially from a Timber and AG based economy to one of high tech and diversification.

@Ryan Luthi Not sure if they can officially claim to use the IRA as collateral since tax advantaged accounts may not be used for that purpose, hence you can only obtain non-recourse loans on behalf of those accounts
