After following BP, listening to all the podcasts, engaging in all things real estate, reading all the books, attending local meetings and JV-ing with a top local RE mentor, this girl has officially launched out on her own, full steam ahead into the world of Wholesaling!

My first series of mailers went out a week ago (thanks to @Jerry Puckett, yes he's awesome) and the calls are already coming in! I'm equally excited and energized....and totally terrified!

I'm so grateful to this BP community for their never ending support, sharing, wisdom and plethora of information-sharing that has brought this newbie to this point!
