Working in it for work, makes me even more nervous.

Will be my 1st major rehab (yeah, I'm nervous & scared) & will rent out to help cash flow the other 2 properties & then refi in June.

I guess I am nervous that I will do too much analysis and book reading and not enough doing, but I know so little. . .

@Bryan Pham I did recently check out meetup.com, but have not yet attended a meeting (was a bit nervous to go to my first one, not sure what they would be like).

But we were nervous.

I am excited and very nervous at the same time.

We would live there for 1-2 years and then sell it for any appreciation that the area may afford us.I have to say that some of the posts here have made me a little nervous regarding rental cash flow actually meeting expectations and Brrrr in places like Detroit and Baltimore. 

I'm just a little nervous about what to ask and how to use our hour with him wisely.

I am nervous because this is our time doing having a rental property.

I recently purchased a single family home for myself to live in for a year and than rent out (using the Va loan) unfortunetaly I had a limited amount of time to find a home and couldn't find a decent multi family deal (was also nervous of finding renters/convincing my wife is hard haha).
