However even that dead equity still saves me the roughly 4.75% interest I would have otherwise had to pay, which is 3x better than a 1.5% bank account.As stated earlier, I don't care what venue you choose to invest in, and am not necessarily advocating specifically that you should be buying stocks.

Hello Josh,I would like to weigh in on this and offer some advice on Credit Repair as I own and operate a legitimate credit repair company.  

The population will just get more Younger and Single people living there enjoying those kinds of amenities.Ultimately, there will be larger venue type events coming back, especially in tourist areas.

If you are a legitimate investor in this space then you shouldn't be worried, but if you are someone selling a course after buying your first property oh man are you in for a fun ride LOL.
