I had a friend send me a link for this (subject line) edition of quickbooks, and wanted to see if anyone knows if this will work for flips and rentals? I was going to buy the pro addition from a company recommended from a CPA, but this is a great looking deal. And sold by Dell so I'm going to assume it's legitimate. I'll contact the CPA and double check if they can train me on this specific edition as well, but would like to see what people here have to say.
