@Wilson Hunter One of the first things you should do when you buy a cabin in the woods is have a wildlife exterminator do an inspect, plug any holes and set a couple bait boxes that are checked on a monthly basis.

Also, with a placement service, I'm not sure you could mark the listing as under contract with contingencies (inspections etc) and keep it showing up as available to show.
