@Chris CarreathersWelcome and there are extensive pieces of information on wholesaling on BP to help you, as well as investor groups to attend here.Also, I believe you meant to say 'cost prohibitive'.

I just got home from a meeting ... great group tonight with interesting discussions, exchange of vendor information and sharing of knowledge.Hope to see you at the next one.

I'm always very weary of anything that sounds like a guru pitch and I have gotten that vibe from a couple things I've heard, but the outside speakers have been informative and the folks around me pleasant and helpful, so we'll see.

BP has tons of information including free online videos and educational courses and even has it's own podcast in itunes.
