I don't imagine the particle board boxes would hold up to renters, but the cabinets do look good. 

I imagine that the situation with the tenant will worsen when he finds out that the house is being sold.

There is all sorts of reasons people can't get financed I imagine, find out their situation.

Some of my other interests include: traditional clay sculpting, science, amateur prop building, literature and writing, crafts of all sorts, animal fostering, hiking, horror movies, music, laughing (a lot), yoga and plant-based cooking.
