We do not wait on anyone or anything to find our joy.Here’s a tip--Gratitude.When we feel grateful—grateful for our health, a safe place to live, someone we love, our pet, the sunset, a warm meal, the shoes on our feet, anything--it is easy to connect to joy.

Not to say they are inherently bad, this is just human nature.

There are unfortunate circumstances where the landlord-tenant relationship is looked at as more of a hierarchy than a person-to-person relationship.As you treat your tenant as a human and explain the reason for the rent increase and the need for a new lease, then they may be more receptive of it.
