Given the fact that it is possible to get stationed at the same base sometime in the future during what could be a 20,30, or even 40 year career some decide to keep the property.

So, start communicating to your network what you are looking for and do that consistently for at least 90 days and you should find something.

@Brian Willie this setup is very common to avoid having each Property LLC to have its own bank accounts.Only the Management LLC will need Operating and Security Deposit accounts.They all need to be single-member LLCs with the same owner, or else it gets very complicated.Find a good tax attorney to help set this up.

I would also recommend checking out Airbnb/VRBO (for 30+ day stays) as well as Zillow.
