We're considering offering this on an individual basis to our investors - strictly for properties that we are keeping for our own portfolio. 

I like the new look and flow, especially the rental calculator which I  use on an almost daily basis.

Been doing all my researching and learning every day and I’ve saved up a good amount for a down payment through an FHA loan.. my goal was to start looking for a deal in a whole other state within the next few months but now I don’t know if that’s a good decision considering what’s going on with Covid-19.

@Eric Sanders I’d be cautious making comparisons between different investment classes as the basis is often very different.

They'll still do perfectly fine on a total return basis in the long run, but may not get the kind of cash on cash return that a lot of people on this forum expect.

I would also suggest to ask for wholesaler in your area on the facebook group named Mordus d'immobilier, there is a lot of posts everyday but wholesaler find their clients there.It's usually more direct contacts and they don't have a website, they'll ask what you are looking for and send you the information on the deals when they have accepted offers usually.

We cans till get great financing similar to a new 15 year lease for  interest rate and amortization but cap rate we might get 30 to 50 basis points or more for yield.

I see deals coming across my desk everyday and I can’t believe what some investors are willing to accept as a return.
