first rental property
Hi guys :) so I'm in the beginning of my journey with investing in rental properties. Been doing all my researching and learning every day and I've saved up a good amount for a down payment through an FHA loan.. my goal was to start looking for a deal in a whole other state within the next few months but now I don't know if that's a good decision considering what's going on with Covid-19. Is every readjusting their goals/ plans? Is it smart to invest right now??

Crystal, I just did that!! (November last year.) I moved from San Diego to Austin. I got a Duplex with a FHA. Now, I'm getting ready to get another one. Maybe Jacksonville (looking to deverseify.)
