Maybe it was the fact that those awkward legal-sized pages overflowed with official seals, government certifications, and a liberal amount of scary legal jargon that got me nervous and clearly meant if I ever got behind, I could almost certainly count on finding myself locked in some kind of mortgage prison they send real estate investors to who don’t make payments on time.

Corporate housing is interesting - usually higher rents, all inclusive (utilities usually included) and everything paid by a company for longer than normal rental terms. (1 I looked at in NM $1800/mo rent included everything - elec, gas, cable, internet - paid by a hospital for a doctor doing elective surgery for 15 to 18 months at a time plus laundry income.

Personally, I think it’s quite unlikely that the Biden administration would allow a 2008-like default crisis to occur; the political wounds from a tidal wave of defaults would be nearly impossible to recover from in time for the 2024 election.

In the event any damage or destruction is not fully repaired prior to closing, Buyer, at Buyer's option, may either (a) terminate this Agreement with prompt return of earnest money to Buyer or (b) elect to close the transaction, in which event Seller's right to all real property insurance proceeds resulting from such damage or destruction shall be assigned in writing by Seller to Buyer.I no longer feel I can trust the buyer seeing as he put someone on the roof without notice or permission.

About the only thing we have going for us for them to end though is that with the exception of GA the elections are over so they don't need to pander as hard trying to buy votes.

I am looking at Kaplan's, but they only have 2 practice exams, and I was told that spamming practice exams was important.3) For a California license, there are 5 mandatory classes everyone must take, and then you must choose 3 additional classes from a variety of electives courses (eg Office Administration, Property Management, Escrow, etc).
