it's probably a good move, but I am saying that the LLC doesn't make any difference for the problems you are trying to solve. 

Trusts are typically done as part of a full estate plan that includes other documents to cover you in different situations like Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, etc.

Those are 2 different services that get called the same thing.

I reached out to two different lawyers that we use.

Its really no different than if you did it on your own home, then needed to move so you sell it. 

If the value based on both approaches is significantly different, the cost basis is not used at all. 

But recently they were sold at a very different prices per square foot.
