I have just always had good customer service at the Byram NJ branch of PNC.

@Mike Bisson I see your point, in my business and life I have not found that working people over and trying to squeeze every penny or ounce of blood from customers, employees, suppliers is usually not a good idea in the long run. 

But having been a GC & MH contractor, dealer, developer and RE broker for the past 3 decades I can tell you first hand that I avoid customers like you like the plague.

Last year was difficult to find people who could help remodel  With the lack of construction workers, companies are dedicating their resources to large projects.

., only accept a direct bank wire to your dedicated rental property bank account, not, checks, zelle or any other intermediary for all recipients from the tenants.

The customer is paying for a finished product .  

There seems to be lots of bad reviews about their loan programs customer service, messing up payments ect.

Stick with a shower curtain that is cheap/easy to replace and allows the Tenant to customize the colors a little.

But as a happy, satisfied customer, I didn't really feel the need to go online and review them, to try and balance out their other low-score reviews.
