Make multiple offers on multiple properties?
I was listening to the most recent webinar, how a newbie can start building wealth through real estate.
Brandon suggested we don’t find deals we make them. He ran the numbers on a property, and said he could just send a message to his realtor with offers, even if they’re rejected.
How do you balance sending offers out to find deals vs losing the patience of your realtor?
