I will not go in to which strategy is better, because I see some of my colleagues here addressed this already ,  and I'm sure more will follow.what I do wanna bring out Is a very important point that I see many flippers do not take in consideration.in your case for example a turn key will cost 140k and rehab will cost 120k, barely a 20k differedifdifference, that's if everything goes good.1.

Now I believe this a pretty bare-bones plan for my future and have been wondering exactly how I can go about funding my first flip at 18 years old.

The most frustrating part is that I would be able to afford multiple investment properties in other markets but am barely able to get started here on the lowest end properties out there.

Newark the houses are smaller, and prices are more expensive, barely any in my price range.

That size loan and payment would scare the crap out of me on a SFH. definitely market specific.. real estate prices for demand  and risk reward.. in many west coast markets you cant even buy a bare lot for under 100k..

You need to ask for bare-chested pictures of all the firefighter applicants and choose accordingly.   

She needs a class c Multifamily property in a class b are with upside potential for 1 to 1.5 million please?  

I also plan on investing in bare land and turning it into upscale campgrounds over time, the locations of the properties would most likely be in several states if that's possible.
