Want to flip my first property at age 18. How would you do it?

I’m currently 17 years old and have recently developed a huge interest in real estate. I’ve been watching videos, reading and listening to podcasts all day, everyday on all things real estate. Once I turn 18 I have decided that I want to become a real estate agent as my main source of income, and want to flip houses also. Now I believe this a pretty bare-bones plan for my future and have been wondering exactly how I can go about funding my first flip at 18 years old. So what I’m asking is, if you were in my position what would you do?
