I'm not sure, though, how I exactly make this official and how I purchase the properties so I'm making the 25% equity in the rent and resale that we agreed on.

We plan on getting financed officially in Jan of 2020 (with cosigner if needed) when our annual income is much higher post graduation.

We have had payments rejected by insurance because they were not given authorization to accept payment from the new lien holder. 

Someone doing the Scott Trench-style "rent the rooms and sleep on the couch" approach would know how multiple leases on the same property holds up in official ways better than me.Best of luck!

Can't find a 14-day form anywhere on their site.For a Hold-Over for violation of lease this guide page here; https://www.nycourts.gov/courthelp/Homes/holdoverNotices.shtml, specifies you need to serve a Notice to Cure to a leased tenant, however their Holdover forms page here; http://ww2.nycourts.gov/COURTS/8jd/ltholdover.shtml literally doesn't have that form at all.Am I missing something here or is the official nycourts.gov website dropping the ball so bad I can't legally serve my tenant the notices required as they're literally not available?

As of yesterday at 3:30 in the afternoon, two weeks after my 22nd birthday, I've officially closed on a two-family and a four-family in Concord, New Hampshire. 

There was a deed to the bank recorded June 18th, so in my mind that is when the bank officially owned the home and the previous seller is now in a home they don't own.
