@Duamel Vellon I am also looking at this as PR has been on fire for a while now from what I hear@Kathryn Morea I don't have plans today so won't be able to attend your meetings any time soon, but as a hotel veteran, I would like to hear about opportunities in PR.

If you're looking to entertain section 8 there's a process to it and the first step would be attending classes and getting certified with section 8 in your city. 

Alternatively, you can also attend local RE events and talk to other investors/buyers that are interested in buying the deal from you.

I've attended several bootcamps where people discuss interest free seller financing, however I've read in many places that an interest free loan isn't legal and that interest must always be included in the loan.
