Whats going on ya'll! I just want to formerly introduce myself on here. My name is Ed, I'm a chef looking to transition out of the industry and I've been following BP for about a year now and itching to jump into real estate. As many of you already know I think it's the best way for me to build wealth for my family. My hope is to get into the MTR industry when I've built up enough capital through wholesaling or simply working my W2. I'm also looking to get started in the Douglasville, GA area as well as Grand Rapids, MI (my home town). Until then, Ive been to meetups in the ATL area trying to surround myself with other investors with hopes of gaining connections and wanting to add value by helping others get properties. I'd love to connect with some of you guys on here if your investing in my areas. Im all ears and open to other ways to get started as well. Thank you

Hello @Ed Johnson, it is a pleasure to meet you.  Welcome to BP.  Although I have yet to invest in either of those markets, they are two markets that I have been interested in for some time.  Please keep me posted on how it goes.  I would love to jump into those areas at some point.
