A promotion that moved me to San Francisco in 2007 turned me into a landlord as I couldn't sell the house (it was worth a 1/3 of what I bought it for).

@Tyler Rowley I was browsing through my "Promotions" tab in my email today and saw that I got the attached email a few weeks ago; I guess the only reason it went to Promotions instead of Spam is that it had all the right real estate words and acronyms 😀I blacked out the company name, phone and website because I'm not promoting or recommending this particular company (especially since I have no idea who they are, i.e., they essentially did spam me).But I wanted to show you an example of the kind of company I was talking about - a niche lender catering to real estate professionals, especially professional rehabbers/flippers, that's willing to do high LTV loans in some cases - so you'll know they really are out there in case you want to search for similar companies in the future.

And didn't agree with sending first mailers out to broad equity list.Took the plunge on 5000 wholesaling inc course few years back and though didn't find it that helpful for several reasons I'll discuss below, had no intention of giving a bad review about it until few days ago when I decided to get back into the off market and realized some of the documents included in the course I didn't have - (sales contract wholesale inc uses and the lease option course by joe mccall which was promoted as an add on to join the program at that time).

I worked for Towbin for about 2 years and in the 1st year, I was promoted to sales manager, which in the store I was at meant you are finance manager, desk manager, and even GM when the GM isn't there.
