@Corby Goade - We are only starting out with $30K cash, so finding two duplexes in our bloated market would be tough with that tight of cash, that's why we've been hunting for off-market/seller financed deals.

For example we added new siding/windows on one (cost $3500) & they re-assessed us from $28,000 to $68,000 (& we pay $50/$1000).the taxes on our personal residence run over $925 a month & my BIL pays $1200 a month & our home is 2x size, but he admits he has a bloated school system :) & to think you guys had a revolution over a little old Tea tax!!!

hello everyone I'll be frank when I first started listening to Justin's podcast I felt he sounded like a tool who never gave information and only talked about himself and tried to sell programs ( which he was making a killing on if you do rough math and basically by his own admitting) he sounded sincere but didn't seem to know the info himself BUT as I dove in more, listened more he occasionally gave real information AND what I do know he puts together a lot of excellent highly successful people under one roof.
