Hi everyone,

I am a new civil engineer from DC area with experiences of working in DDOT and several renovation projects in DC. As my income is becoming more stable, I want to reach my goal to become a real estate investor, especially in flipping house.

I look forward to meeting people with the same interest in the area and helping each other to finish our dreams. Let's start with a connection here!

Welcome to BP @Dang Nguyen. If you are interested in flipping, the DC area offers some great opportunities for that niche. What is nice is well is that there are areas where you can do some flips at lower price points, and do what I call a "Home Depot Renovation"..meaning you can use sort of these cheaper materials like Ikea or Marth Stuart cabinetry in the kitchen....and then we have some areas where you can do the bigger, more expensive flips and make a lot of money.
