hi - can anyone recommend an accountant in Triangle area experienced in property investment?

After not being able to recruit any of the people I know and knowing I need others to keep me motivated to see this through (it's a idea I talk about, but never seem to have the motivation to just do it ) , I want to start a MeetUp/Facebook to start a local group in my area.I want it to be a group for local people to hopefully to pool together money and/or time, have almost a book group over the "The Book on Flipping House" (telling them to buy the book of course) and have way of introducing them BiggerPockets.So please tell me my idea is flawless and will lead numerous people and my self to the promise land right?

My wife and I recently purchased a duplex in our home town in eastern North Carolina that is a nice cash flowing property and are looking to connect with other real estate investors in the research triangle park.

There is also a pretty large REIA in our area called "TREIA" (T= Triangle).

I think there were two separate shooting related deaths over a period, plus numerous cop call outs.Now I'm not sure who sued the owner of the complex, but they won $500k.They lost because the plaintiff could show (from the 2 shootings) that the owners were not properly protecting the tenants, eg no security etc.

Just keep in mind the kitchen triangle concept when laying it out.
