Looking to meet other Fall River, MA Investors!

Hello my fellow Fall River, MA investors! I have been living on MLS and trowling the streets of Fall River trying to get a better understanding of our market and I have been experimenting with my rentals to see what works and what doesn't. I feel like there are a lot of wise investors in our area who have already done all of this ground work and might be wiling to help me build a solid base for my investing. So basically if you are in the Fall River area and looking to invest or already investing I want to hear your story and learn from your experiences!

Also what neighborhoods/zip codes do you buy in (I currently own in 02720 and would consider working in 02724 also)
