Now, we got out of the car, checked them out, saw if they had curb appeal, looked if they had any cosmetic problems that we could spot out early, peaked through the windows to see if the interiors were beat up and basically determined if we would want to go any further with them.

I was always more of an internet guy, but the beauty of these colonial buildings just really sucked me in.After a while I started, renting, renovating and re-letting some of the properties, my colleagues and I have now about 70 properties we manage.We generate top google results for all our keywords and run a 51 (as of current) websites program to generate "free" leads without ad dollars.I regularly check in with luxury brokers around the world, and I learned and improved a lot reading descriptions of properties on the nytimes (halstead in particular) and wsj as well as some australian sites.It's been a couple of years, and we can consider ourselves top in the luxury market here.As mentioned above, I loved reading up on listings in the US and I'm looking forward to meeting some of you, expanding my network and hopefully work together in the future.In 2010 my goals are to expand into commercial real estate, and lay the basestones for a successful international business in the feature.I also want to ad a few sites to our network.Oliver

Here's a potential property I looked at over the weekend and would like to know your thoughts.Single Family home1200 Sq ftPurchase price $57,000 Rehab: $2-3kPreviously sold in 1995 @ 94kComparable rentals in the area range from 775-900/ moComparable sales range from 87 to 125kMy thought is with some interior cosmetic work, lot clean up and mainly exterior work needed, it should sell quick for somewhere in the 85-100k.
