Then the TCB must properly serve notice of the upcoming tax sale to the lien holders; there have been instances where service processors did not deliver the notice to the correct party / address.So liens that were missed or improperly served survive the Judicial Sale.Federal liens can be divested if they are properly served; those liens will have redemption rights for a limited time after the sale.
