Our place is definitely the lowest rung on the ladder but the neighbors seem to appreciate how we've cleaned up the property by taking down dozens of old trees and adding giant gardens, fruit trees and even have a self-serve market stand that made enough last year to make three house payments.

The home was a new construction and still within the builder's warranty, but the builder denied warranty saying it was misuse (garden hose should not be attached to outdoor faucet in winter).  

The appliances are functional and very dated; consider replacing them with stainless or another fresh look.

I am fresh meat when it comes to real estate investing but am excited to get my first property.

As units have become vacant, I've rehabbed by adding vinyl plank floors with a fresh paint job.
