How to get funding partners

I’ve been reading a lot in these forums. Great information to say the least. If a person wants to get started in investing and property holdings, and has everything excepting money...how do they get the funds to do that first flip. Asking for a friend 😁

First person you’d want to talk to is a mortgage broker and see how much they can get you at the best interest rate.

As for private investors, they will want to see where you will put their money and what’s in it for them.

Do your homework and look for a property with good investment potential. Use the calculators available on BP to get a projection of income on that property. If it looks good, present this to your potential investors and work out a partnership.
