Double check that, as I am not sure that loop hole still exists.

For example, lets say the mortgage on a property is 1K with a 30 yr mtg, that same mtg doubles to 2K if its a 15 year right?

Please send me info on companies familiar with double closing, assignment contracts and letting the endbuyer fund the whole deal ...

me personally I don't feel to much of a difference on building structure 1 roof x amount of walls just seems bigger space obviously 2 tenants on a duplex = more calls and issues via them as well as double the appliances to maintain  but also double the rent just wanted to pick a few brains and see what people that have walked the walk so to speak feel about it:) thanks in advance

They also removed a picture from the wall in one of the bedrooms and set it on the floor.My question is, this does not seem TOOO bad, but would you rate this a 5 star? 

You can always ask the lender to double check but I don’t think your restricted from modifying the home after purchase.  

They also calculate bedroom sqft and determine if it's a single (for one person) or a double (for two people).

I can close 7-10 FNMA loans (& I work with some damn complicated scenarios from our fellow BP members) in the same amount of time invested as one HML, and in the current regulatory environment it's not like it's lawful for me to get paid 7x-10x as much for that one HML, soooo......Big picture it's actually a bit of a problem.

You live in a great area, and I don't think you would have to go through the hassle of doing the double move.
