These homes are typically more desirable to buyers when you sell because of the value of the accessory apartment. 

That said, it's still a very desirable area for rentals. 

I would research how to provide such a notice so that it gets the desired results.

These buildings are very desirable because they are stable which means that your vacancy rate will be lower and not I lot of tenant turnover. 

So, it really becomes a question about your desire for reward matched with your tolerance for risk.

The biggest thing I’ve run into is making sure the investment property is in a desirable area.
