I am more interested in platforms that allow you to pull up owner information on the spot if you see a property of interest while you are driving around.

Bigger issue for me are those plumbers leaving a mess...maybe have a chat with them and have them knock off $100 from their bill if you can - or just let them know what they left behind was unacceptable - and they should think about that for future jobs.

If I chose to go that route and pay the realtor myself, do you think it would be best to state in the letter that I'll be using an agent for the potential transaction, or just wait until after they respond to the letter, and tell them once we chat?

I just thought I would check here since I doubt many STR managers would like to chat this early.
