the memorandums we recorded were just that we did not record the entire option agreement, so no one knew the terms. on the one big one we have when we had a national developer looking at it last year we had to provide the actual option agreement for their legal team as they were looking to cash us out and step into the option.

However, last night after posting this I did start to do more research about the possibility of not house hacking after all.

However, as a reference point the cost for prime, lakefront property in the area has doubled in the last 2 years.
