If you can walk a park in the fall, or winter look for green grass where everything should be dead.

Nick, you may be green, but sounds like you know where you want to go and have some concrete ideas of how to get there.  

It is a great color for a bathroom, gives it that tranquil spa feel and will go great with neutrals. 

Maybe you get a green light on the setback variance, that the city claims is a mistake later, and requires you to teardown what you've built?
