Greetings all.  My name is Bob Green from Chicago, il - The Windy City and land of opportunity for real estate investors.  Can I get a A-men.  I've been investing in real estate for about 10 years.  I use to flip but now building up a portfolio of buy and hold as a retirement plan.  Man! am i having a blast with this stuff.

Love the energy Bob. Its all about the passion and its clear that you have it too.

Better still is seeing it from a fellow south sider. I'm just down the road from you here in Manteno (20 mins south of mokena) so its good seeing someone else on the planet thinks buy and hold by us is a good idea.  Most of the investors I've run into tend to be flipping down here.

I'd agree with Timothy C. - BP podcasts are highly recommended. There's a BP meetup that Brie Schmidt puts together as well. I haven't made one though because its in the city but I hear its pretty good. 

You'll love the forums on this site. An invaluable resource for asking questions and getting good answers.
