From reading many other threads, I understand the Do Not Call list does not apply as I am trying to buy something from them, and  that topic has been covered in some depth in other threads.

To all those on other topics and blog posts who have posted that they would rather vacation in other places than the same place over and over, and use this as a negative to owning a vacation rental,  I highly recommend using homeexchange with your vacation rental.

So any tax deed investor's have experience/advice n this topic?
