New to Bigger Pockets! College student looking to learn to Invest

This is my first post of any kind here on Bigger Pockets, although I have been listening to the podcast for a couple of weeks. I am a college student living in north Alabama while I am home for the summer. I am an entrepreneur by nature and I am super eager to learn and start taking action!

I'm excited to interact and learn from the community here at Bigger Pockets. As a student who is entrepreneurial, what steps should I take to begin toward my first investment property? If there are specific areas of study that I should focus on, I am all ears!
