Hey Everyone!

I have been interested in doing some flips for a while now and stumbled across BP. What a great place for knowledge and networking! It's has motivated me to pull the trigger on this adventure. I have some money in the bank that has been doing nothing for me so, time to put it to work!

Looking for anyone in my area that I could network with would be great as obviously I'm not a pro. But, I'm highly motivated and have already learned so much with the book suggestions and podcasts.
