It seems like commercial broker sends only their lising (off-market) in e-mail so they can get deserved commission both sides. so is it ok to connected with more than one broker ?

I emailed him a copy of the letter and stated that I had sent via certified mail to the address we had just moved out of (since he owns the property and did not respond when I requested his home/business address). 

I am in an area with very low worker supply so the rate is $135-$150 a sq ft depending on style and niceties.
