Cheapest Way To Build a Home on a Plot of Land? Modular or Stick?
Just curious if anyone here has built a home from the land up, and if anyone did it in socal. Trying to see if I can do it all for under $200 a sqft not including land.
I've been reading up on modular homes and while most are a joke and cost more than stick built homes, a few seemed to meet a budget:

Any others you guys know of that are affordable, or is it still cheaper to go with a local subcontrators?
