MONTHS LATER WE ARE STIL LIVING IN A HOTEL AND TEHY HAVE DONE NOTHING!!!!

I've heard the hotels and resorts are funding locals to go fight the vhr applications.  

They like them registered so the can easily keep track of the local hotel tax of 9% (6% to the city & 3% to the conference center).

The family was insured by AAA and was placed at a Hotel temporarily while home undergoes repairs.

She’d work during the day while we were either at school or daycare then come home to feed and bathe us before leaving for her night time job as a hotel cleaner.

. -  There are only a few hotels and resorts in Jackson, and naturally only a few STR properties.

Hi there, I’m an STR investor with 4 properties in the Bay Area / wine country and I’m looking to build my next project from the ground up — acquiring acreage somewhere beautiful, and building a mini-hotel or micro-community with 6-10 ADU-style units (similar to what TomuHaus offers). 

Can anyone share their thoughts on motel/hotel to apartment conversions? 

For example, here in Colombia, you can invest around $35,000 into a property, share of a hotel, etc. and it would be enough to qualify you for the 2-year resident VISA.

I'd say for 3-5 days get 2 airbnbs or hotels in areas you're most curious about.
