New to the BP community and potentially looking at some single family and small multi-family in the Irvington, Indy area.

Fairborn, which is maybe a B or a C class neighborhood, is home to Wright Patterson Air Force Base so lots of potential for military families and single Airmen/Guardians moving off base.

I'm thinking about house hacking/live-in flip but I want to know what others' experiences have been in renting out multifamily and single family homes in the area.

I now own several small multi family buildings there.

I got so tired with our industry keeping people out when there are more than enough projects for everyone.I’ve developed hundreds of CVS and family dollar stores across the US along with the shopping centers, industrial parks, and housing.  

My current main focus is to build out my network, put together a team, and eventually close on a deal for my first multi-family property within the next year.

Families now have way less disposable income, I could go on, on this.

I generally have been researching small multifamily properties and single-family homes for both short and long-term rentals.
