I would skip on the one you mentioned. their are some great options out there. a great broker should be able to help navigate you to a lender that will be competitive and get your mortgage closed.

I'd first verify that the agent actually listed the property on MLS, which should syndicate to Zillow, some property managers try to skip that step in an effort to save money, by not having to pay a commission to an agent representing a tenant.

Hi BP community, I'm a new investor looking for some feedback: there's a local SFH in preforeclosure and I met the owner in person who told me the reason was basically a misunderstanding: he skipped mortgage payments because he had received a notice from his lender offering deferrals due to the hardships caused when COVID just hit and businesses shut down- he had just started one at the time and needed the money.

if yes, then to reach that comp you'd probably want it, but if none of the comps do, it might be prudent to skip it.
