I have contacted the lawyer who setup the trust and I have a feeling that they will charge me a hefty fees for this.Is there another simpler way of getting the refinance done in my name and then filing a deed to move the title back in the name of the trust.

Rentals have been preforming well without any hiccups for ten years so everyone's in the game, increasing the number of investors you are competing against.I'm in a small market where property doesn't cash flow unless you can find a deal off-market, before it's listed to the public.
