Which honestly is "amazing" in this ZIRP environment

I have their homes in both markets and have had good returns and expected appreciation for today's environment. 

When you show him that you respect his time, are willing to learn from him, and always take care of him , you will achieve all the goals that you are trying to achieve and should keep your friendship intact.

Officially Clearwater and most areas of Dunedin have a minimum 3 month lease but given the number of ABNB listings it's clear that people aren't necessarily respecting that.

LVT does scratch easily, but engineered hardwood isn't as water resistant (there are product lines that are enhanced to address both of those issues respectively depending on the brand).
