Again assuming high interest rates, can you transfer the balance to a line or credit or get a promotional rate of low interest?

I found the following on the REALTORS website: "When representing a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, or other client as an agent, RealtoRs® pledge themselves to protect and promote the interests of their client.

If it's a standard offer to all of your tenants you aren't discriminating against anyone, and you have every right to make promotional offers.

., TV commercials, radio ads, do pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online advertising and boosted/promoted social media postings.Bottom line is consistency.

I just don't agree with promoting this scarcity mentality which instills a fear of missing out.  

If you don't have buyers already, you want to start promoting the deal.
