How to rent the SFH faster?

Hi all,

I am an out of state investor, having SFH in Fairwood and Robandee neighborhood.I am working with the Property management company. It is my first rental property, therefore I am very curious to know how things work. I would appreciate your perspective/comments/tips!

1. My house is 10 days on the market, and got 16 contacts(in zillow), is it good? bad? OK? Yesterday we lowered the price.

2.Is there anything I should/can do to promote it more? or check the PM?   I saw the adds on different websites (Zillow, Trulia Etc... ). In addition, I was told there is a sign on the place.

3. Is there any significant change with the demand between October to November?

Thank you very much for your insights!

Facebook is pretty good.  Don't forget the garage sale groups.  I see a ton of houses rented that way. Some of those groups have thousands of members.

Craigslist is ok.  Hit or miss.  Have you PM do an open house.
