The other is vehicle, personal loans credit card etc.  

Personally, paying off your mortgage early is a horrible idea.

Here are a few things I have learned from evictions: Talk to the attorney before you do anything.

And then sometimes the house is pristine because it was a 90 year old person in a gated community who died and no one came behind them to take care of things.  

For my 3-unit I currently use Rental Partners and Centerbeam Construction which are run by the same person.

Personally, I've been focusing on fine-tuning my buyer consultation process to make sure clients understand the value I bring to the table.

I still have a lot to learn and hoping to connect with others to grow! 

I would also say review everything they do and set up this way you can start learning how it is done and what is required so you can do it yourself in the future if that's the route that you are wanting to take. 

To get a couple dozen units that you own personally... save your pennies, buy right, be patient and let a few years pass.
